At House of Lalita, each piece is carefully prepared and packaged with intention. Orders are dispatched promptly so your jewellery reaches you as soon as possible.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM AEST are dispatched the next business day
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM AEST are dispatched on the following business day
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next business day
  • During peak periods or launches, dispatch times may vary slightly

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

We currently ship within Australia and select international destinations.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Any applicable duties or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin after dispatch.

Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

International

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking. Tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

House of Lalita is not responsible for courier delays or packages once marked as delivered.

If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Returned parcels due to incorrect address details may incur reshipping fees.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you promptly.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
